Meet Lucie

Lucie is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (IIN), Anti-Inflammatory Diet specialist (University of Arizona), and Level 3 Sound Healing Therapist — with additional training in Ayurveda, breathwork, and environmental medicine.

She developed the Anti-Inflammatory RESET Course after healing her own Coeliac disease, IBS, SIBO, rosacea, and chronic anxiety through this exact framework. Every module is taught from lived experience and rigorous professional study.
